Class of 2023 High School Admissions Process
We are currently accepting applications for the Class of 2023.
There are seven elements involved in the Servite admissions process:
- Family Application
- Student Application
- Official Records Request
- English Teacher Recommendation
- Math Teacher Recommendation
- Entrance Exam (HSPT)
- Family Interview
The admissions process begins with the creation of an account in our Admissions & Enrollment Portal and the completion of a Family Application. There is an application fee of $65 which covers the cost of the (HSPT) Entrance Exam.
Once the Family Application has been completed, we will email you a hard copy of the Student Application which we ask applicants to complete independently in their own handwriting. The completed Student Application can be returned to us at the Family Interview or it can be uploaded to your son's Portal Account.
Within the Admissions & Enrollment Portal, you’ll also submit email addresses for your current English and Math teachers. We will contact them directly to complete your recommendations.
The Admissions & Enrollment Portal will also include access to the Official Records Request which you will print and deliver to your school’s Registrar. This will prompt them to mail us official copies of your transcripts, including 7th and 8th grade report cards, any standardized testing results on file, and complete immunization records.
All applicants and at least one family member are required to attend an interview on campus with a member of our Admissions Committee. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org when you are ready to schedule and interview and we will coordinate your schedule with one of the members of the Admissions Committee.
