Transfer Student Application Process
If you are interested in transferring to Servite High School for the spring semester which begins on January 7, 2019, please obtain a first quarter unofficial transcript and forward it to Mrs. Grace Masterson, Assistant Director of Admissions at email@example.com along with your son’s name, current grade and reason for transferring. Once your son’s transcript has been reviewed we will ask you to begin the Transfer Application process..
The transfer process has six elements involved in the Servite admissions process:
- Family Application
- Student Application
- Official Records Request
- English Teacher Recommendation
- Math Teacher Recommendation
- Family Interview
The admissions process for transfers begins with the creation of an account in our Admissions & Enrollment Portal and the completion of a Family Application. There is an application fee of $75.
Once the Family Application has been completed, we will mail you a hard copy of the Student Application which we ask applicants to complete independently in their own handwriting. The completed Student Application can be returned to us at the Family Interview.
Within the Admissions & Enrollment Portal, you’ll also submit email addresses for your current English and Math teachers. We will contact them directly to complete your recommendations.
The Admissions & Enrollment Portal will also include access to the Official Records Request which you will print, complete, sign and deliver to the Servite Admissions Office.
All applicants and at least one family member are required to attend an interview on campus with a member of our Admissions Committee. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org when you are ready to schedule an interview and we will coordinate your schedule with one of the members of the Admissions Committee.
