Your Friars are headed to CIF after a great regular season and showing at league finals where the varsity team took 3rd and the JV squad came in 2nd. Senior Anthony Naticchioni was the top placer for the Friars coming in 7th overall with a time of 15:42.5 to earn 1st Team All-Trinity League honors. Freshmen Emmanuel Lopez was the next fastest coming in 13th with a time of 16:14.1 followed shortly behind junior Josh Siebert who took 15th at 16:21.7. Lopez, Siebert and Michael Guerra all walked away with 2nd Team accolades after Guerra finished 20th with a time of 16:44.7.
The top finishers for the JV squad were Joseph Beerer and Samuel Neher.
Action continues next weekend with CIF Prelims at Mt. SAC.
