Servite Basketball (8-1) won this week's Big Daddy Tournament going 4-0 including a 60-54 victory over Santiago in the final.

The game was close throughout but a clutch 3 pointer from Andrew Cook late in the contest and a couple made free throws put the game out of reach for the Sharks.

Cook, who averaged 21.25 points per game, was named Tournament MVP while Tajavis Miller (19 ppg) and Kunal Bagga (14.5 ppg) also earned All-Tournament Team recognition.

The Friars opened pool play with victories over Citrus Valley, 66-45 and Norco, 63-48 before defeating tournament host Citrus Hill, 72-58 to advance to the finals.

It's the second straight tournament championship game for Servite after advancing to the King of the Hill Tournament finals to open the season. The Friars came up just short that game falling to Hillcrest in their only loss of the season.
