Financial Aid Application Process
In gratitude for the generosity of our benefactors and as conscientious Christian stewards, Servite High School strives to make its education and formation experiences as affordable as possible for families.
The collective pool of funds is limited. This is why it is important that families only request what they need so that as many families as possible are able to get assistance. It is also critical that families submit their applications on time and have completed all of the requirements to be eligible for financial aid. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment is a third-party service we use to help families easily manage their financial aid applications and documentation.
Please note that special funding is available for children of military families through a grant from the McDonald Family Foundation and for children of current Catholic school teachers through the Baldo Family Fund. If you are in either category, please note this in the narrative section of your Financial Aid Application.

Award Eligibility
Servite desires to support families through a variety of tuition assistance programs. Because we have limited funding, we are rarely able to meet 100% of a family’s financial needs. Awards typically range between 5% to 50% of annual tuition. Over 50% of Servite students receive some form of tuition assistance. Financial Aid is awarded without prejudice or distinction. All students, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background are welcome to apply.
It is imperative that families are fully transparent and accurate in their application. Inaccurate applications can jeopardize the school’s ability to fund awards appropriately. We ask that you only request what you actually need. This allows us to serve more families so that each class has as many students as possible. This is the spirit of community and brotherhood. Again, the school has limited funds each year. Please help us ensure that everyone gets what they need.
All Financial Aid recipients must adhere to the following:
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA throughout the year in which financial aid is received.
- Be in good disciplinary standing and up-to-date on community service hour requirements for the year
- Student and/or family is expected to purchase and/or sell 10 tickets for the Fashion Show Trip Raffle
- When requested by the Advancement Department, the student will write a benefactor thank you letter and deliver it to the Advancement Office. The student and his family may also be asked to attend a reception or other event to share their Servite experience with benefactors.
- Maintain a current tuition/fees balance throughout the year in which financial aid is received.
- Keep your award amount confidential. As we hold all personal financial information in the strictest confidence, we expect you to do the same.
Note: The full amount of aid is contingent upon the completion of the full academic school year in which aid is received.
Families who do not meet the above eligibility may lose or have their aid reduced during that school year. Additionally, families will not be issued any future financial aid awards unless they have completed all the requirements.

Recipients of the scholarship will be notified by March 1st. In order to secure the scholarship, the family must submit their deposit and enrollment intent no later than March 31st.

Appeal Process
We allow families to appeal the financial aid award decision understanding that their financial situations may change. Families must first wait to receive the original award letter before submitting an appeal. An appeal in process does not guarantee additional funding nor does it excuse from meeting payment due dates or making other payment arrangements.
The appeal form must be completed in full and have all supporting documentation submitted with it. Appeals must include tax documentation from the previous tax year in which the appeal was submitted. In other words, 2025 tax documentation must be submitted for any appeal submitted in 2026.
Return this completed appeal form with a typed letter of explanation and all documentation to:

Student Loan Options
Private loans are an ideal solution for families who need additional flexibility in funding private education beyond financial aid, personal savings or traditional payment plans.
Private loans are a great way to manage the cost of Servite education including tuition, fees, equipment, and other costs.
Loan companies will request a copy of your enrollment contract to certify tuition and fee amounts for the upcoming school year. All loan companies operate independently from Servite High School and all questions should be directed to your preferred loan company, although we are always happy to assist families in the process.
