Freshman application checklist
Your path to the Class of 2031.
We’re excited that your family is considering Servite. The application process includes four admissions steps, plus an optional financial aid application. You’ll be able to keep track of everything through your Admissions & Enrollment Portal, and our Admissions Team is here to help along the way

Fill out and submit the application.
Apply through the Admissions & Enrollment Portal. The $65 application fee also covers the High School Placement Test (HSPT).

Request records and recommendations from your current school.
Enter each contact in the Admissions & Enrollment Portal. Servite will contact them directly and track completion on your checklist.
Official Records RequestProvide the current school registrar's name and email. Servite will request seventh- and eighth-grade report cards, standardized testing results on file, and complete immunization records.
English & Math RecommendationsProvide the names and email addresses of your son's current English and Math teachers. Servite will contact them directly.
Administrator RecommendationProvide the name and email address of a current principal, vice principal, or counselor. Servite will contact the administrator directly.

Complete the family interview.
Every applicant and at least one family member must attend an in-person interview with a member of the Admissions Committee. Evening and Saturday options are offered.

Register for the placement test.
All applicants must be registered for the HSPT. If your son tests at another school, request that his scores be sent directly to Servite.

Apply for financial aid.
Families seeking financial assistance must complete a separate application through FACTS. Create an account, complete the application, and upload supporting documents. Allow up to two weeks for document processing.

Servite administers the HSPT on January 23 and February 6, 2027.

Complete applications receive a decision no later than February 20, 2027.

Step 01
Submit Intent to Enroll & Deposit
Accepted students must submit an intent to enroll form and a non-refundable deposit through the Admissions & Enrollment Portal . Submit as soon as possible to save your student's seat and begin receiving new student communications.
Step 02
Enrollment Contract
Accepted families will receive enrollment contract information from the Servite Business Office through the Blackbaud Tuition billing system in late March or early April.

01Where do we manage the application checklist?
The four required admissions steps are managed through the Admissions & Enrollment Portal. You can return to the portal to monitor completed and outstanding items. Financial aid is a separate application through FACTS.
02Do families collect the school records and recommendations?
No. Enter the registrar, English teacher, Math teacher, and administrator contact information in the portal. Servite will contact each person directly and update your checklist as materials are received.
03Who must attend the family interview?
The applicant and at least one family member are required to attend the in-person interview with a member of the Admissions Committee. Evening and Saturday options are available.
04What happens if my son takes the HSPT at another school?
Request that the testing school send his HSPT scores directly to Servite. Contact admissions@servitehs.org with questions about score submission.
05When will our family receive an admission decision?
Complete Early Admission applications submitted by December 4, 2026, receive a decision before Christmas. Complete Regular Admission applications submitted by February 5, 2027, receive a decision no later than February 20, 2027. Applications may then be reviewed on a rolling basis as space permits.
