You may log in to the Admissions and Enrollment Portal and complete the Intent to Enroll Form and pay the $650 deposit. You may use echeck or credit card.  There is an additional 2.85% fee if you use a credit card.

This non-refundable registration fee includes Physical Education shorts and shirt, a professional dress shirt, a Servite tie, and Freshman Formation Weekend. The registration fee reserves your son's place in the Class of 2027. 

Tuition and fee amounts for the 2023-2024 school year will be published on or before February 1, 2023. For reference, a computer fee of $900 and a facility fee of $495 was required in the current school year.  Click here after February 1, 2023 for updated 2023/2024 tuition and fee schedules.

Students who wish to challenge placement in Algebra or Spanish may sign up for the challenge exams through the Admissions and Enrollment Portal under Optional. Registration is required. 

The dates are as follows: 

• Algebra - April 13, 2022 or May 10, 2022 at 3:15 PM.
• Spanish Challenge -  May 11, 2022 at 3:15 PM.

You may sign up for the Geometry test through the Admissions and Enrollment Portal under Optional. Registration is required. The date is May 11, 2022 at 3:15 PM

The Geometry Challenge Exam is for students seeking to test OUT of our full-year requirement depending on the score. Your son is eligible to take the Geometry Challenge Exam only if:

• He is completing a full-year Geometry course in his 8th grade
• He earns/earned a grade of B or better in Geometry

Once registered, the student will receive a confirmation and study guide.

Incoming freshmen are placed into one of the following four tracks based on grades, recommendations and placement test scores; College Prep, Math/Science Honors, Liberal Arts Honors, or Full Honors. More details will be provided at New Student and Parent Orientation on April 18, 2023.

Physicals are required for all students planning to participate in athletics for the 2023-2024 school year. 
Physicals may not be completed prior to May 15, 2023 and must use the Servite Athletic Form.

A preliminary schedule is released to the families via Aeries by the end of June. The final schedule with room and teacher assignments is released in early August at registration/check-in day. 

Yes, when your son receives his preliminary schedule in June, review the textbook ordering instructions and purchase the required books from the full textbook list. Click here for more details.

Freshman Formation Weekend will be held on Saturday, July 22 and Sunday July 23, 2023. Attendance is required. 

On the first day of class your son’s teacher will provide a syllabus with the required material listed. However, you may want to purchase college ruled paper, pens and pencils, folders and notebooks.

The Freshman Academy program will be explained in detail at New Student and Parent Orientation. We offer an incoming Freshman Academy program both for advancement and specially identified students who would benefit from the reinforcement of foundational skills and to students who would like to experience academics on the campus before they officially attend school as freshmen. 

Servite offers Summer Practice/Conditioning for all students who have completed 8th grade. Details will be provided at New Student and Parent Orientation on April 18, 2023

It is required that every young man perform a minimum of 100 service hours over the course of his four years. It is important that your Christian service hours come from several different sources. Once a student graduates from 8th grade he may begin to earn Service Hours. More details will be provided at New Student and Parent Orientation on April 18, 2023.
