Freshmen Application Checklist

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE FALL OF 2024

Our goal is to make the application process friendly, intuitive, and easy while gathering the necessary information to admit students who are the best fit at Servite.

Applications for the Class of 2029 are available beginning Sunday, September 1, 2024.

Tuition Assistance

Thanks to the generosity of its benefactors, Servite can provide tuition assistance to eligible families. The assistance comes in the form of financial aid grants and merit scholarships. Financial aid grants are awarded based on household income and usually cover between 5% and 60% of the tuition costs. The application process begins in early October. To be eligible, families must have a completed admissions application.

Admissions & enrollment portal

The admissions process includes four steps that are all conveniently managed in the Admissions & Enrollment Portal. The Admissions & Enrollment Portal is where you can easily keep track of and manage your application process.
1. FILL OUT AND SUBMIT THE APPLICATION:

Apply on the Admissions & Enrollment Portal. There is an application fee of $65, which also covers the cost of the High School Placement Test (HSPT).

2. REQUEST RECORDS & RECOMMENDATIONS FROM YOUR CURRENT SCHOOL
  • Official Records Request Form
Print and deliver the Official Records request form to your school’s Registrar. This will prompt them to email or mail us official copies of your transcripts, including 7th and 8th grade report cards, any standardized testing results on file, and complete immunization records.

  • English and Math Teacher Recommendations
Submit the name and email addresses of your current English and Math teachers within the Admissions & Enrollment Portal. We will contact them directly to complete your recommendations.

  • Administrator Recommendation
Submit the name and email address of a current administrator from your school (Principal, Vice Principal, or counselor) within the Admissions & Enrollment Portal. We will contact them directly to complete your recommendation.
3. family interview

All applicants and at least one family member are required to attend an In-Person interview with a member of our Admissions Committee. We offer a variety of dates and times, including evenings and Saturdays, to accommodate varied schedules.

4. High School Placement Test (HSPT)

All applicants must be registered to take the HSPT. If an applicant has taken the HSPT at another school, you must request that the test scores be sent to Servite.

Students who complete all requirements by our Early Acceptance deadline of December 13th will receive notification of the admission decision before Christmas. For Regular Admissions, the deadline is February 7, 2025, and applicants will receive decisions by February 21, 2025. Be sure to check your Admissions & Enrollment Portal to ensure all items are complete.
Once accepted, follow the remaining steps.
1. SUBMIT INTENT TO ENROLL FORM AND DEPOSIT

Accepted students must submit an intent to enroll form and a non-refundable deposit within the Admissions & Enrollment Portal. We encourage you to submit as soon as possible to save your seat, take advantage of early admissions, and receive new student communications.

2. ENROLLMENT CONTRACT

All accepted families will receive information to complete an enrollment contract from our Business Office via our Blackbaud Tuition billing system in late March or early April.
