Application Process

Our goal is to make the application process friendly, intuitive, and easy while gathering necessary information to admit students who are the best fit at Servite. We are currently accepting applications for all future classes.

The admissions process includes four steps that are all conveniently managed in your application portal:

  1. FILL OUT AND SUBMIT THE APPLICATION:
    The application is short and easy to fill out. There is an application fee of $65, which covers the cost of the (HSPT) Entrance Exam. The application portal is where you can easily keep track and manage all future steps. Click here to submit your application.
     
  2. COMPLETE ALL REQUIREMENTS IN THE APPLICATION PORTAL (IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER):
    Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis based on when all of the following items are submitted. Early admission first priority deadline is November 16, 2019 - second priority is December 13, 2019.

    Official Records Request Form
    Print and deliver this form to your school’s Registrar. This will prompt them to mail us official copies of your transcripts, including 7th and 8th grade report cards, any standardized testing results on file, and complete immunization records.

    English and Math Teacher Recommendations
    Submit email addresses for your current English and Math teachers within the Admissions and Enrollment Portal. We will contact them directly to complete your recommendations.

    Family Interview
    All applicants and at least one family member are required to attend an interview on campus with a member of our Admissions Committee. We will coordinate your schedule with one of the members of the Admissions Committee.

    Entrance Exam High School Placement Test (HSPT)
    Early admission acceptance will be conditional upon completion of HSPT.
     
  3. ADMISSION DECISION:
    You will receive prompt notification of the admission decision once all requirements are submitted within the application portal.
     
  4. SUBMIT INTENT TO ENROLL FORM AND DEPOSIT:
    Accepted students must submit an intent to enroll form and a $550 non-refundable deposit. We encourage you to submit as soon as possible to save your seat, take advantage of early admissions, and receive new student communications.
