Application Process

Our goal is to make the application process friendly, intuitive, and easy while gathering the necessary information to admit students who are the best fit at Servite.

Servite will continue to accept applications on a rolling basis. We look forward to getting to know your family through the application process. Please contact admissions@servitehs.org should you need assistance for this Fall. 

The admissions process includes four steps that are all conveniently managed in your application portal:

  1. FILL OUT AND SUBMIT THE APPLICATION:
    The application is short and easy to fill out. There is an application fee of $65, which covers the cost of the High School Placement Test (HSPT). The application portal is where you can easily keep track and manage all future steps. Complete your application by Friday, December 9, 2022 for the early application deadline, or by Friday, February 3, 2023 for our regular application deadline.   2. COMPLETE ALL REQUIREMENTS IN THE APPLICATION PORTAL (IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER):
    The application portal is where you can easily keep track and manage all future steps.
    Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis based on when all of the following items are submitted. 
    The early admission's first priority deadline is December 9, 2022. Regular admission deadline is February 3, 2023. 

    Official Records Request Form
    Print and deliver it to your school’s Registrar. This will prompt them to mail us official copies of your transcripts, including 7th and 8th grade report cards, any standardized testing results on file, and complete immunization records.

    English and Math Teacher Recommendations
    Submit email addresses for your current English and Math teachers within the Admissions and Enrollment Portal. We will contact them directly to complete your recommendations.

    Administrator Recommendation
    Submit an email address for a current administrator from your school (Principal, Vice Principal, or counselor) within the Admissions and Enrollment Portal. We will contact them directly to complete your recommendation.

    Family Interview
    All applicants and at least one family member are required to attend an In Person or a virtual Zoom interview with a member of our Admissions Committee. We will coordinate your schedule with one of the members of the Admissions Committee.


    High School Placement Test (HSPT)
    All applicants must be registered to take the HSPT at Servite on either Saturday, January 28, 2023 or Saturday, February 11, 2023. Early admission acceptance will be conditional upon completion of HSPT. If an applicant has taken the HSPT at another school the test scores will need to be sent over. 

  3. ADMISSION DECISION:
    You will receive notification of the admission decision once all requirements are submitted within the application portal.
     
  4. SUBMIT INTENT TO ENROLL FORM AND DEPOSIT:
    Accepted students must submit an intent to enroll form and a $595 non-refundable deposit. We encourage you to submit as soon as possible to save your seat, take advantage of early admissions, and receive new student communications.
     
  5. ENROLLMENT CONTRACT
    All accepted families will receive information to complete an Enrollment contract from our Business Office via our Blackbaud Tuition billing system in late March or early April.
