Servite will administer the High School Placement Test on Saturday, January 23, 2027, and Saturday, February 6, 2027.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to take the HSPT at Servite. If circumstances prevent that, Servite may accept an HSPT taken at another school on a case-by-case basis.

Servite considers academic aptitude and leadership potential. The review includes seventh- and eighth-grade academic records, standardized test scores, Entrance Exam scores, a personal interview, and recommendations from the applicant’s current English teacher, Math teacher, and an administrator.

Additional recommendations are accepted, especially from current members of the Servite family.

Complete Early Admission applications submitted by Friday, December 4, 2026, will receive a decision by Christmas.

Complete Regular Admission applications submitted by Friday, February 5, 2027, will receive a decision no later than Saturday, February 20, 2027.

After the Regular Admission deadline, decisions move to rolling admission based on available space.

Freshman Honors Placement is determined using HSPT scores and seventh- and eighth-grade transcripts. Admissions Committee placement decisions are final.

Students are placed into Full Honors, Math/Science Honors, Liberal Arts Honors, or College Prep. Challenge exams are required for advanced placement in Spanish or Math.

The FACTS Financial Aid application process begins in early October 2026. Families must complete a Servite Admissions application to be eligible.

Financial assistance includes need-based grants and merit scholarships. Need-based grants typically cover between 5% and 60% of tuition, depending on eligibility.
