Graduation Information

CAP AND GOWN, YEARBOOK, AND GRADUATION TICKETS

Servite High School provides caps and gowns as part of your graduation fee.
Date: Wednesday/Thursday, May 13 & 14, 2026
Location: Servite High School Alumni Garden

All seniors may pick up their caps and gowns, graduation tickets, and yearbooks after school. Please remind your son to keep his graduation tickets safe until he gets home. If he misplaces his tickets, please contact Ms. Barrera at rbarrera@servitehs.org ASAP.
 
Senior students will not receive their cap and gown or graduation tickets unless their financial fees are up to date with the business office and their haircut meets Servite HS policy. A graduation cap cannot be decorated or painted on the outside. Please have your son write his name on the inside of his cap so that when they throw it up during the graduation ceremony, he will find it.

Each graduate will receive six tickets per family. The graduate does not need a ticket. 

If you have any family members who require wheelchair seating, please contact Ms. Barrera, who will arrange special seating for them.

Note: When requesting additional tickets, they will not be in the same area as your original 6 Tickets.  We will do our best to accommodate your request. The DEADLINE is May 15, 2026.

SENIOR DISNEYLAND GRAD EVENT

Date: Friday, May 15, 2026
Location: Disneyland Resort
Time: Gates open at 8:00 a.m. The park closes at midnight.

Ticket Distribution will be at Disneyland with Administration—location by the waterfall at Downtown Disney, beginning at 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. There is no extra cost for this event. All senior activities were covered by the graduation fees paid earlier in the year. 

All seniors will receive their Disneyland tickets at Disneyland. Administration will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. to issue tickets.

Students will need to pay to park at Disneyland. Carpooling is encouraged or drop off. Disneyland is an optional event for seniors. They can leave and re-enter the park at their discretion, without needing permission from school staff. Therefore, please speak with your son so you are aware of his plans for the day.

SENIOR AWARDS NIGHT

Date: Tuesday, May 26, 2026
Location: Servite High School Theatre
Time: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

The counseling department will notify parents by email if their son is receiving an award. Senior attire is dress slacks, a dress shirt of any color, a tie, dress shoes, and neatly groomed.
 
All senior students are encouraged to attend to support their brothers. If you have any questions about Senior Awards Night, please contact Mrs. Valenzuela at avalenzuela@servitehs.org.

SENIORS ONLY/ALUMNI BRUNCH DAVE & BUSTERS (Food & Games)

Date: Wednesday, May 27, 2026
Location: Dave & Buster's, 20 City Blvd W., Orange, CA 92868 (The Outlets at Orange)
Time: 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Fee: None

Doors will open at Dave & Buster's from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Class of 2026 will be used exclusively for the first two hours. Students must provide transportation to and from the venue. Carpooling is encouraged. Students will have Brunch at Dave & Buster's and receive game cards.

BACCALAUREATE MASS (ATTENDANCE REQUIRED BY ALL STUDENTS)

Date: Thursday, May 28, 2026
Location: Christ Cathedral, 13280 Chapman Ave., Garden Grove, CA. 92840
Time: 6:30 p.m. 

• Student dress attire includes a dress shirt of any color (no suits or sports coats), dress slacks, dress socks, dress shoes, a tie, and their graduation gown (NO CAPS).
• DO NOT bring your graduation cap or tassel; only bring your gown. 
• ATHLETIC  SHOES/SNEAKERS ARE NOT PERMITTED. 
• All students must be neatly groomed, clean-shaven, and have a haircut in accordance with Servite policy. 
• Students who received academic cords, leadership sashes, or leis cannot wear them during the Baccalaureate Mass.
• Mass is mandatory for seniors.  Family and friends are welcome to attend. Tickets are not required, as there is ample seating available. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Seniors must be at Cathedral Plaza, dressed and wearing their gowns, no later than 6:00 p.m.
• The doors to Christ Cathedral open at 6:00 p.m. for all families. Mass will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.

GRADUATION REHEARSAL (ALL SENIORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE AT REHEARSAL)

Date: Friday, May 29, 2026
Location: Friends Church, 5091 Mountain View, Yorba Linda, 92886
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Students must be in the church, ready to rehearse, at 9 a.m., and should allow adequate time to park. Please tell your son to drive carefully in the parking lot, as there are small children on the playground during school hours.

GRADUATION CEREMONY

Date: Friday, May 29, 2026
Location: Friends Church, 5091 Mountain View, Yorba Linda, 92886
Time: 5:00 p.m

• The graduate's dress attire is a dress shirt of any color, slacks, dress socks, dress shoes, a tie, and their graduation cap & gown. NO ATHLETIC SHOES/SNEAKERS!
• All students must be neatly groomed (clean-shaven and have a haircut per Servite policy).
• Students who received academic cords and leadership sashes awarded by Servite HS may wear them at graduation. Non-Servite cords and sashes will be confiscated and returned after the ceremony.
• Students are not allowed to wear leis before or during the graduation ceremony.
• This Graduation ceremony will be live-streamed and recorded. Servite will post the live-streaming link on the website on May 29.
• Please tell family and friends that balloons, noise makers, bells, airhorns, or confetti are prohibited. The graduation ceremony will take place at Friends Church, where they worship, and we must respect our hosts and all the graduates. Volunteers may be asked to leave.
• Parking is free, and carpooling is highly encouraged. Overflow parking is available at the Packing House underground parking lot, located off Yorba Linda Boulevard.

GRADUATION PICTURES

Grad Images is a professional photographer who will take your son's photo when he receives his diploma with the President/Principal and another pose with his diploma. The company will email you a link shortly after graduation to purchase images of your son receiving his diploma.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE

• NO SMOKING ALLOWED (Cigarettes/Cigars, etc.) on the property of Friends Church before, during, and after the graduation.   It is a campus, just like Servite, and there is NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Security will escort violators off the premises.  
• No Backdrops, Step and Repeats, etc., allowed at the Baccalaureate or Graduation
• NO BALLOONS, HORNS, OR PICTURE POSTERS are allowed. If these items are brought on campus, Security will ask you to return them to their vehicle.
