The Servite Brand

Servite High School Brand Guide

What Is the Servite High School Brand?

The Servite brand serves as a shared guide for expressing who we are, what we value, and how we communicate our mission. Rooted in faith, fraternity, service, and tradition, it provides a clear and consistent framework for representing Servite High School across every message, visual element, and experience.

More than a set of guidelines, the brand helps ensure that every touchpoint reflects the dignity, purpose, and spirit of the Servite community. It allows students, families, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends of Servite to connect more deeply with the school’s Catholic identity, its mission of formation, and its enduring call to form faith-filled leaders.

Brand Foundation

The Brand Is...

Faith

Faith is the foundation of the Servite experience. It shapes how each Friar is formed, reminding him to place Christ at the center of his life and to look to Our Lady as a model of humility, strength, and devotion. In the Servite brand, faith should be presented with reverence and purpose. It should reflect a school community committed not only to academic and personal growth, but to the spiritual formation of young men who are called to live with conviction, compassion, and moral courage.

“At Servite, faith is not separate from formation; it is the foundation that guides each young man as he grows in character, leadership, and service.”

Fraternity

Fraternity is the brotherhood that binds every Servite student, alumnus, family, faculty member, and staff member. It reflects the family-type community that defines the Friar experience and reminds each young man that he is known, supported, and challenged to become his best self. In the Servite brand, fraternity should feel strong, loyal, joyful, and enduring. It should communicate that Servite is more than a school; it is a lifelong brotherhood shaped by shared tradition, accountability, and love for one another.

“Fraternity is lived in the everyday moments at Servite—in the classroom, on the field, in the stands, and through the lifelong brotherhood that unites generations of Friars.”

Service

Service is the outward expression of Servite’s mission. It teaches young men that leadership is not measured by status, but by the willingness to give of oneself for the good of others. In the Servite brand, service should be communicated with humility, generosity, and strength. It should show that Servite forms young men who are prepared to lead by serving their families, their communities, the Church, and the world with compassion and purpose.

“Through service, each Friar learns to look beyond himself and use his gifts to bring hope, dignity, and care to others.”

Storytelling Guide

How We Tell Servite’s Story

Servite storytelling should be clear, human, and rooted in formation. Every story should show how faith, fraternity, service, discipline, and purpose form young men over time.

01

Frame Success as a Journey of Growth

Servite’s story should present success as more than achievement. It is the result of formation, perseverance, discipline, and purpose. We should show young men growing over time — academically, spiritually, socially, and personally — as they move from potential to maturity.

02

Show Formation in Action

Servite formation is formed in many places: in the classroom, on the field, in prayer, through leadership, and in moments of challenge. Our storytelling should highlight the process, not just the outcome, showing how students are formed through daily effort, guidance, accountability, and brotherhood.

03

Highlight a Real Relationship with God

Faith should be shown as personal, active, and lived. Servite’s story should reflect young men growing in their relationship with God through prayer, Mass, retreats, campus ministry, devotion to Mary, and the choices they make each day.

04

Show Service on Campus and Beyond

Service should be presented as a natural expression of Servite’s mission. Stories should show Friars serving their school, families, parishes, neighborhoods, and wider community with humility, compassion, and purpose.

05

Capture Brotherhood in Small and Significant Moments

Brotherhood is lived in everyday acts of kindness as much as in major school traditions. Servite’s story should show students encouraging one another, praying together, celebrating together, supporting a brother in need, and carrying that fraternity beyond graduation.

06

Honor the Lifelong Servite Connection

Servite’s story should reflect that fraternity does not end at graduation. Alumni remain part of the Friar family, returning to mentor, serve, support, and walk alongside the next generation. These relationships should be shown with humility and gratitude, emphasizing shared purpose, lasting brotherhood, and the responsibility each Friar has to give back.

Simple rule: Tell stories that show formation in motion — not just who a Friar becomes, but how Servite helps form him along the way.
