Alumni Challenge, a three-week event that coincides with March Madness, is designed to engage alumni, raise money for scholarships, and have fun! Through video and email challenges, events, and brackets we connected with over 37 classes!

The initial event was held at the OC Wine Mart in Yorba Linda. We had a lovely turnout that included two Servite families who just happened to show up. On March 20, we had our annual Silky Sullivan’s event, tied with a meet and greet with our new head football coach, Chris Reinert ’04 and basketball coach, Anthony Davis! The class of 1971 had their own mini reunion prior to the event and it was great to see so many alumni present! Special thanks to the Madden brothers: Bill ’69 and Dan ’68 for hosting us. The Madden brothers were also the sponsors of the Cornhole tournament that took place on campus on March 25. With over 17 teams and many alumni that wanted to just be at the event, it was a fun and busy afternoon. We finished Alumni Challenge with a watch party at Bigs in Fullerton. The was our largest event and all who attended had a fantastic time. Collectively, we raised $47,590 over the course of Alumni Challenge!
