2023 Alumni Challenge
GET IN THE GAME!
MARCH 14 - APRIL 3
The Servite Alumni Challenge is a friendly competition between the classes designed to increase alumni participation and raise needed funds for Servite High School.
Servite High School has commenced a search for its next President. Focusing on gathering input from the entire community, the Board of Directors and the Order of Friar Servants of Mary Provincial Office have selected Carney Sandoe & Associates to facilitate the search. CS&A is a highly respected search firm with a unique and high-profile Catholic Schools Practice. CS&A has assisted in searches for leadership positions within all regions of the US. CS&A will guide the Board and provide best practices in all areas of the President search process.
The following is an update on the current status of the search for our next President. This is an approximate timeline of the next steps in the process. Please check this page of our School’s website periodically to learn more details.
In January, the Board approved the formation of a Search Committee to be co-chaired by Board Members Mr. Steve Peterson and Mrs. Kristin Brkich.

The Servite High School President Search Committee will work with CS&A to review resumes and other information submitted by prospective candidates, interview qualified candidates for the position, and ultimately identify a small group of finalists. The search process, which will take approximately five months, will seek the input of all key constituents of Servite High School, including faculty, staff, administration, students, current and former parents, alumni, donors, partners, and friends. This is a Board-driven process and we welcome hearing from you.
CS&A consultants visited the Servite campus on February 13th and 14th for two days of interviews and focus group sessions. A Community Survey was distributed in advance of the consultants’ visit to all constituents seeking input. Included in the Community Survey was an opportunity for individuals to nominate potential candidates and share their ideas regarding the desired qualities and characteristics we should be seeking in our next President.
Based on the community survey and site visit, the Search Committee in collaboration with CS&A, published a position description (see above) in early March. Applications are being accepted at this time. It is our objective to meet with finalists on campus in May of this year.
Everyone who meets with the finalists will have an opportunity to complete an online evaluation. We hope to select the next President of Servite High School in May or June, with a start date of July 1, 2023.
Please keep our School in your prayers as we move through the President search process.
