Congratulations to the eight young men who committed to continuing their academic and athletic careers at the next level during Servite's Winter Signing Day on Tuesday, February 3rd. 

Basketball
Jake Schutt, Fort Lewis College
An All-League selection in both basketball and volleyball, Jake Schutt will be pursuing basketball at the collegiate level. This season, he led the program to 18 wins, the most since 2006, and moved into the top 10 in Servite history in rebounds. 

Football
Gabriel Chavez, APU / Arthur Saavedra, APU
Offensive linemen Gabriel Chavez and Arthur Saavedra will remain teammates as they transition to the collegiate level at APU. They will be part of history with the Cougars as the program returns to NCAA football for the 2026-2027 season. In addition to football, Chavez plays rugby for the Friars and Saavedra competes in Track and Field. 
Jaden Rasic, Air Force
A three-year varsity letterman and member of the 2025 Curia, Jaden Rasic earned 2nd Team All-Trinity League his senior season as the starting center for the Friars. In addition to football, he also plays lacrosse for Servite. 

Golf
Andre Chang, West Point
A four-year varsity letterman for Servite, Andre Chang is a 2x All-Trinity League selection and member of the back-to-back Trinity League Championship golf teams (2024, 2025). 
Hanks Wang, Long Beach State
A four-year varsity letterman for the golf program, Hanks Wang is a 3x All-Trinity League selection, winning the Trinity League Individual Championship as a sophomore in 2024. He also helped the team win back-to-back team Trinity League Team Championships his junior and senior years. 

Soccer
Parker Buetow, Johns Hopkins
A three-year varsity letterman for soccer, Parker Buetow tallied 16 goals and three assists during his high school career for the Friars. In addition, he was a member of the 2024 CIF-SS and Regional Championship teams.
Nico Pacelli, Vanguard
A three-year varsity letterman for Servite and current team captain, Nico Pacelli earned 1st Team All-Trinity League as a junior with senior awards yet to be announced. Like Buetow, he won CIF-SS and Regional Championships his sophomore year and has tallied 11 goals and four assists throughout his career with playoffs starting next week.
