Come prepared to answer these questions with the Communications Team:

1. What's the goal or purpose of this account?
2. Which platform are you hoping to launch on?
3. What audience are you targeting?
4. Is that the same audience as your other marketing efforts?
5. Could this content live on an existing Servite channel instead of a new one?
6. How will you measure success?
7. What type of content, tone, and voice do you plan to use?
8. How often will you post? (Plan for 2–3 posts/week in-season, at least weekly in the off-season — bring one month of sample content ideas.)
9. How will you generate content (volunteer or professional photo/video)?
10. Who will handle posting?
