Campus Store
To ensure consistency and uphold Servite's brand integrity, all apparel designs must strictly adhere to our third-level branding guidelines (see below). This includes the use of approved logos, fonts, and colors. Please note that our Marketing and Communications Department reserves the right to adjust any design elements, including fonts and colors, as needed to align with ongoing marketing campaigns and strategies. The Campus store is a representative of Servite High School and the Servite Order first and foremost.
Furthermore, no apparel, whether designed by vendors or parents, may be created without the explicit approval of our department. (Please refer to the guidelines in our vendor approval process.) This helps maintain our school's visual identity and ensures that all items accurately represent Servite High School.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the excellence of our brand.
INTERESTED IN BECOMING AN APPROVED VENDOR FOR our campus store?
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Servite High School. We are excited about the possibility of working together to support our mission of forming faith-filled leaders. At Servite, we take pride in upholding our core values founded upon the Catholic Faith and the charism of the Order of Friar Servants of Mary. As part of this process, we ask all potential vendors to carefully review and follow our brand guidelines to ensure consistency with our identity and the values we hold dear. Please follow the steps below to begin the approval process.
Vendor Approval Process:
- Complete the Vendor Application Form
- Design a digital version of your concept and submit it to store@servitehs.org.
- Provide a color sample and/or a stitch to ensure ink and thread colors match our official Pantones. Please drop off the sample(s) at Servite High School. Attention, Marketing & Communications.
- Provide a product sample to ensure the product is accurate and fits the Servite standard. Please drop off the sample(s) at Servite High School. Attention, Marketing & Communications.
Once the Servite Communications & Marketing Department receives your vendor application, we will review it and follow up with the point-of-contact regarding approval and permission to move forward as an Approved Vendor. You will then be placed on our approved vendor list and your information will be shared with our community.
Any vendor that "produces" materials using the Servite brand and is not an approved vendor may be eliminated from consideration any time in the future. Any vendor that "tampers" with, or "uses" Servite brand elements in any way other than outlined in the Servite brand guidelines, will be eliminated from consideration as an approved vendor in the future. In both cases, vendors may be subject to legal action on behalf of Servite.
We are currently not accepting vendor applications.
We have provided a one-sheet reference document outlining key branding guidelines and requirements for approved vendors. Please download it for your convenience.
Brand Style Guide:
- Clear Space: Maintain a minimum clear space around the logo to prevent crowding or interference from other design elements. This ensures the logo remains prominent and uncluttered.
- Logo Integrity: The logo should always be displayed in its original proportions without any distortion, stretching, or cropping. Avoid altering the logo’s color, font, or size in ways that reduce its legibility or recognition. Do not alter or reimagine the logo by adding effects, shadows, or patterns. This includes refraining from adding unofficial text or symbols within or around the logo.
- Approved Colors: Always use the official school colors when incorporating the logo into merchandise or promotional materials. Any deviation from the approved color scheme should be avoided to maintain consistency. See color usage.
- Prioritize Font Legibility: Choose fonts that are easy to read at various sizes. Consider the distance from which the apparel will be viewed. Avoid overly decorative fonts. Marketing & Communications has 8 pre-approved fonts for apparel; Roboto, Din Pro, Edo, Brightwall, Credo (Servite custom font), Yearbook Solid, Mascot MVB, Impact.
- Background Contrast: Ensure the logo is placed on a background that provides sufficient contrast for clear visibility. Avoid placing the logo on busy or low-contrast backgrounds that make it difficult to see.
- Logo Placement: The logo should be placed in a prominent position on merchandise or promotional materials, such as the front of apparel or centered on accessories. Avoid placing the logo in areas where it could be obscured or distorted. When the Servite logo is placed on the left chest, it must be no larger than 2 inches in size. All Servite word marks and logos must never be used across the front or back bottom of a shirt. This ensures that the logos are treated with respect and dignity at all times.
- File Formats: Use high-resolution, approved file formats (such as vector files) for the logo to ensure clarity in all sizes. Avoid using low-quality images or screenshots that might blur or pixelate when resized.
- Sub-brands and Partnerships: When using the logo in conjunction with other brands or logos (such as sponsors), ensure Servite’s logo maintains equal prominence and isn’t overshadowed by other logos. Maintain the proper space between the Servite logo and any other branding elements.
- Speciality, holiday, or cause apparel may be approved as requested.
Brand tone:
- Respect: All products should respect our Servite charism, ensuring the look and feel of the product aligns with the school's mission to form young men into faith-filled leaders.
- Brotherhood Emphasis: Use language that fosters a sense of brotherhood and/or fraternity. Phrases should reinforce Servite’s family-type community.
- Professional and Positive Language: Maintain a professional tone across all messaging. Use positive, uplifting language that inspires pride in the school and its traditions.
- Avoid Slang or Informality: The tone should avoid slang, emojis, or overly informal expressions to maintain the dignified and professional image of Servite High School.
- Highlight Values of Service: Incorporate messages about service to others, reflecting Servite’s emphasis on living a life of service.
- Encourage Engagement with Faith: In promotional materials, use language that gently encourages customers to engage with their faith, aligning with Servite’s goal of formation. When quoting scripture use NABRE as the source.
- Respect for Tradition: Acknowledge Servite’s rich history and traditions in the language used and traditional branding. Messages should reflect respect for the school’s legacy and the values that have shaped it.
