Tri-School Theatre
The mission of Tri-School Theatre is to be an educational theatre ministry that uses the performing arts as a way for students to discover themselves and to nurture their God-given talents through process-oriented training in a Christ-centered environment. Since its inception in 1988, Tri-School has distinguished itself as one of the best theatre programs in California, honored with awards from the Educational Theatre Association, the International Thespian Society, and the Music & Arts Commendation for Youth organization every year.
Tri-School Theatre was born out of a vision to create a theatre arts training program for students at Servite, Rosary and Cornelia Connelly high schools. It has expanded to include home-schooled students, and students from Catholic elementary schools throughout Orange and Riverside counties.
Together, Servite, Rosary, and Cornelia Connelly high schools have made a commitment to the value of arts in education. At a time when schools are cutting arts programs, Tri-School continues to grow and expand, offering its participants a wide variety of classes including acting, musical theatre, technical theatre, playwriting, directing, and dance.
Since most college theatre programs require an audition for admission, Tri-School also offers private and small group coaching and mentorship for students who intend to further their theatre education in college. In addition, workshops are offered to assist parents with the college selection process.
