Given the high interest in Servite High School and the selectivity of its admissions process, all applicants are encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible. To that end, priority will be given to those applicants who take advantage of the Early Admission process.
Early Admissions applications received by November 14, 2012 will have decision letters mailed by November 30, 2012. All applications received between November 15, 2012 and December 19, 2012 will have decision letters mailed by December 28, 2012. If an application is received on time and the applicant is not approved for early admission, he will automatically be included in the Regular Admissions process.
For all other applicants, the Regular Admissions deadline is January 23, 2013. All regular decision letters for deferred applicants as well as Regular Admissions applicants will be mailed on or before February 22, 2013.
Servite High School accepts transfer students at the beginning of each semester only (Spring - January 23, 2013 and Fall - August 12, 2013). All interested applicants must complete and submit application materials at least two weeks prior to the beginning of either semester. The latest a transfer applicant can apply is for the fall of their junior year. Second semester junior and senior transfers are not permitted.
It is our hope that the following checklist will assist you in making your way through the Servite Application Process. NOTE: Please read through the following steps prior to beginning the application process at Step #1 below.
*If you have requested a hardcopy application and wanted to inquire about the status of your application, please contact us VIA EMAIL ONLY at email@example.com.
*Please note that all applicants admitted through Early Admission are still required to take the Entrance Exam on January 26, 2013. Students who do not take the Entrance Exam will be denied admission. Transfer students are not required to take the Entrance Exam.
*Please note that deferred applicants do not need to complete a second interview.
A deferred applicant is an applicant who applied through the Early Admission process but was not granted early acceptance.
Deferred applicants MUST update their application with their most current transcripts by January 16, 2013, one week before the Regular Admission deadline. Should a student be deferred, an updated version of the “Official Records Request” will be included with the decision letter.
