Posted 01/05/2018 08:00PM

Since taking over the soccer program in 2012, Coach Jon Spencer has led the Friars on an historic run with his most recent accomplishment coming in tallying his 100th career win. The victory was a dominant one as Servite defeated St. Augustine on the road at LMU, 4-1. With the win, Coach Spencer's overall record improved to 100-21-25.

Coach Spencer's winningest season came in 2015 when the Friars won 27 games while setting a new school record. He has also tallied 15 or more wins every other season to date.

In five seasons, Coach Spencer has led the Friars to four consecutive Trinity League titles, Servite's first ever CIF Division 1 Championship and two regional bids. He was named CIF and OC Register Coach of the Year in 2015 and has helped prepare more than 25 student-athletes to compete at the collegiate level while also developing a college showcase to highlight local teams.

Congratulations to Coach Spencer and his entire coaching staff, we look forward to many more wins ahead!
