This website is owned and operated by Servite High School. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.
Servite High School may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in US dollars and all charges will be processed in US dollars.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Servite High School will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
Servite High School reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. Servite High School will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery we will notify our customers within 5 business days.
Security
Credit card payments are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorized party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
Fraud Prevention
In order to protect you and Servite from fraudulent transactions, Servite may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. Servite also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.
Shipping Policy
- We only ship within USA
- Delivery is via third party courier
- All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by US Postal Service.
- Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
- As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to call you prior or during delivery.
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
- Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
- Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery.
- Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
Return policy for clothing and gear
Please note: Returns accepted with receipt within 30 days of purchase and only for store credit. Store Credits are valid through the entire school year. Sorry, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
We will issue you a store credit if the clothing item/fan gear is returned without damage and with all original tags still attached after 30 days of purchase and accompanied by an original cash register receipt.
All merchandise purchased as "Sale" and/or "Clearance" may not be returned or exchanged.
Policy for all returns
No refund will be issued on gear or clothing returned without an original cash register receipt or after 60 days from date of purchase.
