Coaches Bios
Head Coach: Tom O'Leary

Coach O'Leary grew up back east in Long Island, New York. He is a 2001 graduate from Huntington High School in which he was a 3 year varsity soccer player and 2 year varsity lacrosse player. Recruited to play soccer out of high school, Coach O'Leary attended Southern New Hampshire University in the fall of 2001. After one year in the soccer program, Coach O'Leary helped the school cross country program become New Hampshire Small School State Champions for 2002. In early 2003, Coach O'Leary joined the Southern New Hampshire lacrosse program. For two years he consecutively ran cross country and played lacrosse for Southern New Hampshire until 2004 when he dedicated all his time to the lacrosse program.

A two time captain of the lacrosse program at Southern New Hampshire Coach O'Leary started his first two seasons at midfield before moving to defense. He played in 36 out of 38 games over his first three seasons before being sidelined due to injury his last season in 2006. Coach O'Leary's class was the first to help the program reach the playoffs not only for the first time but 4 consecutive years in a row.

After graduating Southern New Hampshire with a Bachelors of Science and a Masters in Organizational Leadership he was asked to return to help coach. For two seasons Coach O'Leary ran the defense and the strength and conditioning for the program and aided in the teams NCAA Division 2 break through into the top 10. In addition to coaching at the collegiate level, Coach O'Leary was invited to two tryouts at the professional level with the opportunity to compete for a position on the Washington Bayhawks and Chicago Machine.

In 2008 Coach O'Leary made the trip west to join former college teammate and now fellow trinity coach Mike Hutnick at JSerra Catholic High School. In the two years coaching there he aided in winning the lacrosse programs first trinity title, a division two championship, and a division one playoff birth.

Coach O'Leary's passion for lacrosse goes beyond currently coaching at Servite as well. Associated with 4LEAF Lacrosse, Coach O'Leary hopes to help the sport of lacrosse grow and open up the eyes of players in the area. His goal is to show players that there are opportunities to play after high school and offers assistance and guidance for those looking to do so.

JV Assistant: Robert Almand

Robert Almand is a Servite graduate from the class of 2000. He played Collegiate Club Lacrosse at Saint Mary's College of California, and was a part of four Division B Northern California Championship Teams. While a student at Servite, Coach Almand played football and ran track. Currently Robert works in Servite's Development Office as the Communications Manager. He looks forward to working with the JV team this season and is excited about the talent and commitment shown by the players in practice.
