The financial obligation of full tuition is incurred at the time of enrollment each semester. Even if a student has been granted the privilege of an alternate payment plan, the obligation of tuition is not affected or pro-rated. The refund policy outlined below applies to the balance due on all accounts, even for families using the monthly payment plan. There will be no refund of Tuition or Fees given after July1. If your son leaves the school before the end of the school year you are still obligated to pay the remaining balance.
All families paying their commitment monthly through FACTS will be signed up on the Tuition Refund Plan. This insurance will protect you in the event your son cannot finish the school year. This plan is optional for families Pre-paying the full tuition. At the time of registration, each family signs a written promise to support the Fall and Spring fundraisers of the school. If the quota is reached, the fee will not be charged. If the student sells less than his quota, the fee will be pro-rated. Families who do not wish to participate in school fundraising may send tuition supplement of $300 with a written request to be exempted from personal and class quota. Fund raising is a means of reducing the tuition obligation for our families. The school depends upon this income. Families who do not meet their obligation in this area will be charged as follows: Magazine Drive Fee Each student meets his commitment by selling at least $150 in Fall Magazine Drive orders. Sweepstakes Fee Each student must sell at least $150 worth of Sweepstakes tickets in February. Athletic Boosters Most Sports at Servite have fundraisers to help support their programs. It is the goal of Servite High School to provide a Catholic college preparatory education for any student with the desire to attend, regardless of their family's financial status. A student's attendance is not based solely on their ability to pay tuition. Twenty percent of our students are here on some type of grant aid. Servite offers many options to help each family realize their dream, some for as little as $75.00 per month. The options are: Servite offers two payment plans to break tuition down into more manageable payments to help make tuition more affordable. Semi-Annual Payment Plan Tuition for the school year is divided into two halves. The first halfwill be invoiced in on May 1, 2008 and is due on or before May 15, 2008. The balance must be paid through FACTS and is divided into 10 equal monthly payments from July through April.Monthly Payment Plan
Servite High School uses a third party management company, FACTS, to manage our monthly automatic payment option. Automatic payments help our school achieve a more reliable cash flow. It also helps our families to maintain a priority emphasis on their financial commitment to private education. This makes a stronger school and ensures that we concentrate our efforts where they belong… on the education of your son!
The FACTS Tuition Payment Plan allows you to distribute your payments over eleven (11) months, beginning on July 5, 2008. You may specify payment dates of the 5th or 20th of each month (or both, if you prefer.) Payments budgeted through FACTS are made by automatic bank withdrawal (ACH/EFT) or credit card charge.
The status of your account and all account information will be kept confidential. Neither FACTS nor school personnel will have access to your account outside of the parameters of this agreement. FACTS Monthly Payment Agreement forms can be obtained from the business office, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Please complete the agreement form and return it to the school by May 15th. FACTS will begin payment deductions in July. There is a $41 annual processing fee that must accompany your completed agreement. If you are a financial aid recipient, payment plans will be adjusted when actual grant amounts are determined.

The Family Discount Rate is in addition to other applicable discounts.
Tuition Assistance Grants Servite High School distributes over $300,000 in tuition assistance grant money to Servite students each year. Tuition assistance grants range from $500 to $3,500 and usually do not exceed one-half of the established tuition. Grants are available through a number of private scholarship funds. Several other generous donors make scholarship funds available to benefit Servite High School students:
Tuition Assistant Grants are made without prejudice or distinction. Grant making criteria is available at your request. All students, regardless of race, religion or ethnic background, are welcome to apply for funding.
There is a single process by which parents apply to Servite (rather than to any specific agency or grant fund). Unless specific conditions apply to a given fund, submission of an application to Grant and Aid Assessment qualifies the student for all funding sources. You must submit a new application each year to receive financial aid in the new school year. If you miss the deadline, you can still get consideration by submitting a late application.
Work-Study Program The Servite Work-Study Program is designed to help families offset up to $2,000 in tuition expense working on the Servite campus. Beginning with the 2007/08 academic year, all financial aid recipients will be enrolled in the Servite Intern Program and will have a commitment to work 30 hours on campus throughout the year. We will schedule work around sports and transportation issues. After the 30 hours are completed, any additional hours worked by your son will be credited to your son’s tuition at the current rate. Students must maintain a minimum 2.0GPA to qualify for this program. Please complete the application and return to the Servite Business Office.
